Funding Update

Breeding Capital PLC, or Breeding Capital 2006, raised £3.2 million in the spring of 2006. Since then, the monies raised have been invested in a portfolio of bloodstock, and have been traded over the last four and a half years. The Company is in the process of being wound up, by way of a Members Voluntary Liquidation, in accordance with the original strategy. Funds were returned to investors in February 2011.

Three further companies, Breeding Capital II, Breeding Capital III and Breeding Capital IV, collectively referred to as Breeding Capital 2008, raised £5 million by way of a public Offer in the first quarter of 2008 - the Offer was significantly oversubscribed.

We have recently completed a further fund raising for Breeding Capital V, referred to as Breeding Capital 2011, which was also oversubscribed.
