Funding Update

Breeding Capital PLC raised £3.2 million in the spring of 2006. Since then, the monies raised have been invested in a portfolio of bloodstock, and the Company has to date not sought to raise further investment capital.

Following the success of Breeding Capital PLC, two further companies, Breeding Capital II and Breeding Capital III were incorporated. The two companies looked to raise up to £2 million each, by way of a public Offer which was launched on 15th February 2008.

By the Closing Date, the Offer was significantly oversubscribed, with applications totalling well in excess of £5 million. Breeding Capital IV PLC was launched in order to accept a further £1 million of applications, and the balance of applications were returned.
