The broodmares will be covered every year, with their offspring being sold at public auction, either as foals or yearlings. Tax AdvantagesThe Companies have received advance assurances from HM Revenue & Customs that the Offer Shares will rank as "eligible shares" for the purposes of the Enterprise Investment Scheme, with its attendant tax benefits.
