Investor RelationsWhilst the principal objective of Breeding Capital is to generate returns for investors over the medium term, Breeding Capital keeps its shareholders informed through an investor relations programme, which includes: - A comprehensive website, with an "investors only" area. All Breeding Capital assets are included on the website, and feature a pedigree and photographs of all the horses.
- A monthly email, informing investors of material events during the month, including details of any purchases made, foals born, mares covered, mares tested in foal, sales results and the performance of siblings and offspring of Breeding Capital broodmares.
- Race alerts, informing investors whenever a sibling or offspring of a Breeding Capital broodmare is declared to run. These race alerts include a link through to the Racing Post website, where you can study the form.
- An annual Open Day. These are generally held in late June or early July, at Watership Down Stud and Sydmonton House. This gives investors the opportunity to inspect their assets during a parade of bloodstock, with commentary thereon, meet the Board of Directors and the bloodstock consultants, and meet other investors. - Annual General Meetings. These are generally held in the City of London, in late January, following the companies' year end on 31st August.
