Bay Colt ex Dress UniformColour: Bay
Asset HistoryDress Uniform is a full sister to the Oaks winner, Casual Look. She is a lovely mare and her first foal looks exceptionally promising. This bay colt is sired by first season sire, New Approach. New Approach was a fantastic racehorse. Unbeaten as a two year old, he was unlucky in the 2,000 Guineas before winning the Derby very convincingly. The foal, who was born on 1st February 2010, will be offered for sale as a yearling. He has continued to thrive over the winter and has developed into a fine strong colt, very reminiscent of his sire. There was plenty of activity in the ring too, with George Bolton, the owner of Curlin, and Jeremy Noseda bidding, but the final nod went to John Ferguson, who paid 190,000 guineas for this strong rangey colt.
