Charlie Gordon-Watson, 51, has been trading independently as a bloodstock agent since 1985 and is now consistently among the top five yearling buyers in the UK, as well as a major independent buyer in the USA and Europe. Charlie's achievements include acting as agent on the acquisition of eight Classic winners including the Epsom Derby Winner, Kris Kin, and King's Best, the winner of the 2000 Guineas at Newmarket, and now a successful sire. Charlie has purchased 30 individual Group One winners of 42 Group One races worldwide. 2010 saw Gordon-Watson reach new heights as he was the leading buyer in Europe of bloodstock at public auction.
